Refund & Cancellation Policy

Victorious Business Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values long-term relationships with our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our bookkeeping, tax, advisory, and related services.

1. Service Engagements
  • Ongoing bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services are billed monthly or as agreed upon in your engagement letter.
  • Either party may cancel services with written notice (typically 30 days).
  • Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the effective cancellation date.
2. Consultations
  • Our complimentary 30-minute consultation is free of charge and may be rescheduled with notice.
  • For paid consultations or special advisory sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Project-Based Work
  • For one-time cleanup, tax prep, or dashboard design projects, a deposit may be required to begin work.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, but remaining fees may be prorated if the project is cancelled early.
4. Refund Exceptions
  • Refunds will not be issued for services already delivered or completed.
  • In cases where services cannot be provided due to our error, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5. Rescheduling
  • We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule consultations or meetings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Frequent cancellations or reschedules may affect future booking availability.
