Use “™” rather than “®” for the active Fiscarion portfolio unless and until a federal registration has issued for the specific mark and the related goods or services.
You may refer to VBS marks only in a truthful, non-misleading manner that does not imply VBS sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, certification, partnership, or approval. Without VBS’s prior written permission, you may not use a VBS mark in a business name, domain, social-media handle, product name, advertising campaign, or other source identifier; alter or imitate any VBS mark; or register a mark confusingly similar to a VBS mark.
Authorized Fiscarion™ Practitioners, Fiscarion™ Certified Partners, referral partners, licensees, and collaborators may use VBS marks only as expressly permitted by a current written agreement and applicable brand guidelines. No license or other right to use VBS marks is granted by the Website or these Trademark Notices.
The following are discontinued, rejected, or retired names retained in VBS’s confidential IP register for historical tracking only. They must not be used in VBS marketing, Website copy, client communications, filing materials, licensing documents, or branding.
Third-party trademarks appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Examples include QuickBooks® (Intuit Inc.), Klipfolio® (Klipfolio Inc.), and GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.).
